About Me

This blog was born from a unique idea: combining two of my great passions and areas of expertise, both professional and personal.

INTERNATIONAL TRADE

On the professional side, while I am a pharmacist, I also have nearly 20 years of experience in international trade and internationalization processes, having worked both nationally and internationally. My experience ranges from the implementation, development and management of support programs for exporting SMEs to the analysis and study at macro and microeconomic level of foreign trade both nationally and internationally as well as the study of trade geopolitics. Translated with DeepL.com (free version)

With nearly 20 years of professional experience, I have had the opportunity to witness the profound changes that have taken place in global trade. My career in this field has taught me the importance of understanding both the operational aspects of trade and the geostrategic complexities that affect each country and sector.

I launched this blog with the goal of sharing my insights and helping entrepreneurs and professionals navigate the world of international trade in an informed and strategic way

This blog is dedicated to all those professionals with whom I have had the pleasure of working and learning during these years, and in a very special way, to: Círculo de Empresarios de Galicia, Autoridad Portuaria de Ferrol-San Cibrao and ASIME.

And remember....... THERE IS LIFE BEYOND TURKEY !!!!

RUNNING / TRAIL RUNNING

As a professional running and trail running coach graduated from the European School of Sport, and with more than 15 years as a running and trail running enthusiast, I want to share with you my knowledge and experiences about this exciting sport.

During these 15 years, I have had the opportunity to participate in more than 20 marathons and more than 15 mountain ultra trails.

Each race, every training session, and every trail, whether on the road or in the mountains, has taught me valuable lessons about discipline, endurance, camaraderie, and connection with nature.

I designed this blog as a way to share my experience, from preparation for road and mountain races to the mindset and strategies needed to face challenges as demanding as marathons and ultratrails

As well as the possibility of offering personalized training for those who want to progress in the world of running and trail running.

This blog is dedicated to my friends from the 'Casa de Campo' Group, and especially to the Ramírez Brothers (Javi and Mario), Julián, Mariano, Tony, and Román, with whom I’ve shared countless kilometers, training sessions, trips, races, hotels, pre-race nerves, suffering, and toughness, and above all, a lot of camaraderie and unity. They have all taught me what it means to be a team and support each other. I would also like to make another special mention to Alberto, my training partner in Switzerland, who taught me humility and respect for nature, as well as to Fernando, who taught me all the secrets of Chamonix

And remember.... YOU'LL NEVER RUN ALONE !!
