¡Victoria con sabor a revancha! Agustín Luján y Sandra Yagüe, campeones del Gran Trail Peñalara 2025
La XV edición del Gran Trail Peñalara (GTP), la carrera de ultradistancia más emblemática de la Sierra de Guadarrama (104 km y 5.100 m+), ya tiene dueños: Agustín Luján y Sandra Yagüe han inscrito su nombre como los flamantes ganadores de 2025.
El desafío demostró una vez más su dureza con tramos de niebla y viento, pero el manchego Agustín Luján (con un tiempo de 12:24:55) logró imponerse con autoridad tras dominar la carrera desde el kilómetro 40. Luján mostró una gestión de carrera impecable para aventajar a Rubén Diéguez y Yuri Pikh, quienes completaron el podio masculino.
El triunfo de Luján es especialmente emotivo, ya que el corredor de La Mancha es un símbolo de los valores del trail running. El año pasado, realizó una gesta inigualable cediendo la victoria al que había sido líder de la carrera hasta unos kilómetros antes y que se perdió en la última bajada a meta, un gesto deportivo que comentamos en nuestra crónica.

Por otro lado, en categoría femenina Sandra Yagüe se coronó campeona tras una carrera de resistencia, con un crono de 16:08:23, seguida por Eva García Maestro.
